Mount Evans (renamed Mount Blue Sky in 2023) stands at 14,265 feet altitude. It is well above the treeline as you will see. It is also the only 14ner that you can climb to the summit by car. We saw a lot of wildlife this trip including some rare albino mountain goats. The roads were all paved but narrow and without guardrails. It made a video that will freak you out if you are afraid of heights. In the picture below, we are looking down on the rocky mountains.
